Built to Last
The foundation of every concrete paver project is critical for the lifespan of your hardscape patio, walkway, etc. The last thing you want to happen is for your paver patio to sink or fall apart. To ensure quality construction, CCL compacts the subgrade (the existing soil), installs road base layer by layer ensuring a 90 percent or higher compaction rate, geotextile fabric, sand and then pavers. Once the pavers are installed a polymeric sand will be spread throughout the patio to seal the gaps and bind each paver. Water is also a major component to each paver installation, of which we include sloping for proper drainage.
